AdNova AI ("AdNova", "we", "us", "our") is the provider of the AdNova AI platform — the AI Business Brain and AdNova Business OS — available at adnova-ai.com and related subdomains. We are a company registered in the United Kingdom.

We only collect data that is necessary to provide and improve our services:

• Account data: name, email address, and role when you register or are invited.
• Business data: the business information, website URLs, social links and documents you choose to add to your account.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, device type, browser and approximate location, collected to keep the platform secure and improve it.
• Cookies and similar technologies: used for authentication, preferences and analytics (see section 6).
• Payment data: handled by our payment processor Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR we process your data on the following legal bases:

• Performance of a contract — to deliver the platform and features you signed up for.
• Legitimate interests — to keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and improve it.
• Consent — for optional analytics cookies and marketing communications, which you can withdraw at any time.

Your data may be processed outside the UK/EEA. Where this happens we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, or another lawful transfer mechanism to ensure your data is protected to UK/EU standards.

We apply industry-standard measures: encryption in transit and at rest, strict access controls, regular security reviews and least-privilege access for staff. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your data.

AdNova AI is a business platform and is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our service or the law. We will update the "Last updated" date above and notify users of material changes by email or in-app.
