Strict No-Refund Policy on Active Subscriptions
Once a subscription period has started or a digital product has been accessed/downloaded, you cannot claim a refund for that period.
1. Subscription Services
By subscribing to AdNova AI, you agree to the following:
- No Refunds Post-Activation: Once your subscription period (monthly or annual) has commenced, refunds are not permitted for that billing cycle.
- Cancellation: You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
2. Admin Charges for Service Cancellations
Service Cancellation Fee
If you purchase a specific service (non-subscription) and decide you no longer want us to deliver the work before completion, a £25 admin charge will be deducted from any eligible refund.
3. One-Time Purchases
For instant digital products (logos, plans, generated content):
Refunds are not available once the generation process is complete or files are downloaded, due to the irrevocable nature of digital goods.
